As per discussion at last years Annual Meeting, it was determined the need to update the CCRs. The directors have worked with association attorneys to bring the community CCRs to all the state legislation. Please review prior to the annual meeting.
The 2019 Heritage Townhomes Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 9th, 2019 from 6:30 – 7:30 at Fire Station #5.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete the proxy or submit your absentee ballot by April 29th, 2019.

The City of College Station is hosting another Sprinkler Spruce-Up Workshop.
Date: Saturday, August 4th
Time: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Place: College Station Utilities Meeting & Training Facility, 1603 Graham Road.
This workshop will advise homeowners on how to properly operate their sprinkler systems, and how much water is actually needed.
