Notice to Homeowners: Access to HOA Financial Records

Dear Homeowners,

In accordance with Texas Property Code § 209.005, Heritage Townhomes Homeowners Association is committed to financial transparency. Homeowners have the right to request and review the association’s financial records, including budgets, balance sheets, and expenditure reports.

If you wish to obtain copies or inspect the HOA’s financial documents, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a Written Request

   • Requests must be submitted in writing via email or mail to the HOA Board or Management Company.
   • Please include your name, property address, and the specific records you are requesting.

2. Processing Time

   • The HOA will respond within 10 business days to arrange an inspection or provide copies of the requested records.
   • If additional time is needed, we will notify you accordingly.

3. Fees for Copies

   • Reasonable fees may apply for copies of documents, as permitted by state law.
   • A cost estimate will be provided before processing your request.
